Gently clean the area to remove body oil and residue from skin Don not use moisturizers, creams or ohter skin care products anywhere near the appilication area prior to using the nipple covers, as this wil reduce the stickiness of the nipple cover.

Apply the nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure that while applying it, your nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. Slightly  press the nipple cover onto the skin for the ultimate result
